For every completed deal, we pay your rate + $500-$2500, depending on the size of the transaction. I am seeking a freelancer to help me find off-market real estate leads and contact the owners via phone call. My preferred method of communication is through phone calls. I am primarily interested in targeting residential properties for wholesale deals. Ideal skills and experience: 

  • Experience in real estate lead generation 
  • Excellent communication skills for making phone calls 
  • Knowledge of the real estate market and industry 
  • Ability to negotiate deals with property owners 
  • Attention to detail for accurate record keeping and follow-up communication.
